How to Share your Artifact(s) With us

Criteria For Approving Museum Artifacts 

All artifacts must be in digital form or digitized if in physical form.  

(Physical artifacts will be directed to Otis Chisley for inclusion at the Eula D. Britton

Museum.) If an artifact is an original and the donor would like the committee to digitize, special

handling arrangements can be made to accommodate this requirement.

2.) Artifacts must be legible and easy to view.  

3.) Artifact picture resolution/quality must be high enough to withstand enlargement without losing focus or become illegible.

4.) Artifacts submitted must include

      - Name of the donor

      - Telephone number of the donor

      - Email address if applicable

      - Description of the artifact

      - Any special instructions required

5.) Artifacts must be appropriate and meet reasonable and customary standards for family viewing

6.) Artifacts must be relevant to AHS and/or the AHS community

7.) Donor must have the legal right to donate the artifact.
